When we refer to personal data (or personal information), we mean any type of information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, particularly by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that natural person.

Our Policy applies to all users and other individuals who access the Application ("Users"). For the purposes of the GDPR, we are the data controller, unless otherwise indicated.

For the purpose of processing your personal data and related purposes, we may record, store, preserve, reorganize, and transfer the personal data to institutions authorized to request such data in accordance with applicable law, and process it in other ways set out by law and comply with other procedures prescribed by law. We also maintain the accuracy and updated versions of personal data reported or notified to our company, in a limited and prudent manner.

Please read the following Privacy Policy carefully to understand how information regarding your personal data may be processed. By using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

If you are a resident of California, please read the following important notice

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) of 2018, California residents have the right to request:

The categories of personal information processed;

The categories of sources from which personal information is obtained;

The purposes for which personal data is processed;

The categories of third parties with whom we may share your personal information;

Specific pieces of personal information about a particular user that we may have, provided the data provided in the request is sufficiently reliable and allows for the identification of the user.

Please note that all third parties involved in the processing of user data are service providers who use such information on the basis of the agreement and for commercial purposes.

If you do not want us to process your personal information any further, please get in touch with us. In most cases, without functional data, the further operation of the Application cannot be maintained, so it is recommended that you delete the Application from your device.

If you do not want us to share device identifiers and location data with service providers, please check your device settings to opt out, as follows:

To submit a verifiable consumer request for access, portability, or deletion of personal data, please get in touch with us. Please mention "Your rights under California secrecy" in your appeal text.

When submitting a verifiable request, you should be prepared to:

Provide sufficient information to allow us to reasonably verify that you are the person we collect personal information about or an authorized representative, which may include: name, address, city, state, ZIP code, and email address. We may use this information to ask you a series of security questions to verify your identity. If you make a request through an authorized agent acting on your behalf, that authorized agent must provide a written authorization or power of attorney signed by you.

Describe your request in sufficient detail to allow us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

If we are unable to fulfill the following requirements, we will not be able to respond to your request or provide you with personal information: (i) verifying your identity or authority to make the request; (ii) confirming that the personal information relates to you. We may ask you for additional information or documentation to verify your identity. We may also conduct checks (including third-party identity verification services) to verify your identity before taking any action on your personal information. This is considered a safeguard for preventing the disclosure of your personal information in response to false or fraudulent requests.

We ensure that personal information provided in verifiable consumer requests will be used solely for the purpose of verifying the identity of the requester or the authority to make the request and not for any other purpose. We will retain this information for a reasonable period of time necessary to achieve the purposes mentioned above and will delete it after fulfilling those purposes.

We attempt to respond to verifiable consumer requests within forty-five (45) days of receipt. If we need more time, we will inform you in writing of the reasons and the extension period. Please note that we are only required to respond to two requests per customer per year.

Equal Rights

Any way we process your request should not be interpreted as discrimination, meaning that if you choose to exercise your rights, we will not set different prices or provide different levels or quality of services to you.
